Question to the Nation
Ok, Singapore suffered an expected yet still humiliating defeat to Australia. A brilliant 3-0 loss, and i wonder who actually thought singapore could win? With players from the EPL like Mark viduka and Harry Kewell, Singapore's trampling was but, assured...Yet, our heroes decided to go against the Aussies. And what better heroic way can you find other than to have the match held on the closing day of the National Stadium...

This can either mean two things...One, the players, team, people watever, really believed they could match the Aussies, or they waned to have one final shot at throwing the name of our country into the drain, and now include the name of the National Stadium as well before the opportunity is lost...

Seriously, if the country wants to versus Australia, they should invent their own sport! or if they want to make it to the Guiness book Of World Records, to finally have something Singapore can be proud of, why not versus australia in rugby? Imagine: The All Blacks(and the Maui power) VS The Singapore Steamrollers(another one of their high hope though fat hope team names)then the next day, the New Paper will be in a predicament with 2 equally eye-catching headlines, and only one choice... Either:
-->Singapore SteamrollerED :uncountable-0 scoreline is just another SLAM of DUNG to Singapore
O R
-->Australian all Blacks give Tan Tock Seng hospital business boom: Singapore "Steamrollers" rolled unconscious to hospital as all Blacks thrash pride of nation.

Well, it seems that singapore has absolutely no hope with soccer, and strategically speaking, they are aiming beyond achievement, barely being able to defeat malaysia, they aim for Australia...I think its time Manchester United came down to wake them up again...
