The Competition (Part 2)
Like i said, the competitor for the great one announced her entrance rather quietly, and although few people know of her brilliant questions just yet, the effect was too marvellous to describe in words. The teacher, a brilliant educator of the ingenious subject of scienc, handed out some notes, and competitior 2 immediately sized it up, hends trembling, emotions running deep, this was a nerve-wrecking moment, yet a moment of pride too, as she was going to have the honour of being a great threat to the self acclaimed great one. She peered at the paper, with as much concentration her mind could offer. All our eyes simultaneously trailed the first line which read:
"Ions are atom(s) which have gained electrical charge by either losing or gaining one or more electrons"
To a simple mind, this would clearly be the definition, but as for competitor 2, her moment of probable glory was drawing near, and then it came out, audible only the the ears close, the words came out having an effect like a soundwave typhoon.
"What Are Ions?"
This was the magical question competitor 2 asked, and like i said the effect had its toll, i ended up with a stich in my stomach, my friend the "table topping"(self acclaimed) exped Hardjono had a rose face. But however, the peace could not last, the great one, or not so great one after this, launched another barrage to keep his position as the great one. Well that will have to be posted in part 3 which i hope will be up soon...
